Dr Julieta Galante and colleagues at the Cambridge University Department of Psychiatry have been busy conducting trials and meta-analyses to discover whether and how mindfulness training can help people to thrive, even in a pressured environment like Cambridge University. Julieta will be sharing her research, findings and reflections, and open up to a Q&A.

We recommend you try the 'Experimental Meditation' session (Saturday 25 Sept 10.00-10.50am BST) that follows this talk.
