Food options for 2023 are being organised; please see 2022's options below for a flavour of what will be on offer. 

 

Festival Centre lunches

Saturday 24 September 2022 from 12.00pm to 1.00pm BST

Alumni and guests will be able to choose from a deli bar or a 'grab and go' packed lunch, served in the Festival Centre. This is a chance to relax, meet friends old and new, discuss the morning's sessions and look forward to the afternoon talks and tours.

  • Deli bar - choose from a delicious assortment of deli items, including salads, cold meats, cheeses, savouries, breads, pickles, chutneys, cakes, mini desserts, fresh fruit, and soft drinks.

Booking is essential.

Price: £19 deli bar (price include VAT)

Refreshments

Complimentary tea, coffee and water will be available in the Festival Centre all day on Saturday 24 September.

In a concerted effort to make the Alumni Festival more sustainable and to help alumni and friends consider their use of single-use materials, drinks bottles will not be available at the Festival Centre. We encourage guests to bring along a reusable water bottle which can be refilled free of charge in the Festival Centre.

Other options for refreshments on the day

In addition to the Festival Hub there are various options for lunch and refreshments on the Sidgwick Site, where most of the Saturday sessions take place. These venues do not require booking in advance.

Beyond the Sidgwick Site

There are a variety of restaurants which are part of the CAMCard discount scheme. These include 20% off at Garden Bar, at the Graduate Cambridge. Throughout the weekend they’re delighted to offer complimentary glass of prosecco on arrival per guest for each table booked by a CAMCard Holder. 20% at the Bull and Bass restaurant at the Hilton Cambridge City Centre and up to 15% at The Cambridge Chop House. Please check individual websites for opening hours and whether pre-booking is required.
