Chiara de Nicolais
Co-convenor of the Arts of the Islamic World, SOAS Alpawood Post Graduate Diploma in Asian ArtChiara de Nicolais graduated from Islamic art and architecture from SOAS and after spending ten years in the commercial sector at Christie's and then Sotheby's as a specialist in Islamic art, she was a curator in the Middle East department at the Victoria & Albert Museum and is now is a lecturer at SOAS on Islamic Art. She has accompanied previous journeys for Distant Horizons.
