Alongside these luminaries, venture capitalists who back such ambitious projects will also join the conversations, offering their perspectives on what makes a venture worth the gamble. Whether you’re an aspiring entrepreneur, an industry veteran, or simply curious about the startup ecosystem, these fireside chats provide a platform to learn, exchange ideas, and connect with some of the most successful figures in the tech world.

Expand your network in SF by meeting Cambridge alumni, students and others interested in entrepreneurship. There are 10,000 Cambridge and Oxford Alumni in the SF Bay Area, including over 1600 Cambridge alumni in SVBA with Entrepreneur, Founder, Co-Founder, CEO or Investor in their job titles.

Our inclusive network offers local connections and global reach for entrepreneurs as well as the opportunity to re-connect with the Cambridge eco-system.

We are targeted at:

Alumni of the University, Oxford and Stanford who are in business, want to invest in/start companies, make new connections, find clients, co-founders, team members. Students who are interested in entrepreneurship, finding investors, co-founders, jobs, internships, freelancing opportunities. While CAMentrepreneurs is centred on Cambridge University, we are open to co-operation with other people and organisations that are interested in supporting entrepreneurship. In London we have partnered with LSE, Imperial and LBS, in Boston we launched in the British Consulate General.

The purpose of CAMentrepreneurs is to support business and social entrepreneurship among Cambridge University alumni, current students and others. CAMentrepreneurs is global.

CAMentrepreneurs operates on a TED -> TEDx model, in that we only launch a group when there are people in the city concerned who want to take the lead in getting a group off the ground.
