The re-inauguration of the Cambridge Society of Greece, originally founded and run since 2003 by Dr. Gordon Clarke (Pembroke 1969), was officially marked with the signing of its Constitution by more than 30 Cambridge alumni on Wednesday 14th of November 2007 in Athens. The Association, which is now being officially established according to the Greek Laws, was renamed to Hellenic Cambridge Alumni Association (HCAA).

The primary objectives of the HCAA are, among others, to create tight bonds between Association members as well as with the University of Cambridge through the hosting of events and gatherings for educational, professional, charitable, and social purposes but also to promote our University culture through joint events with other alumni associations in Greece.

The HCAA holds an annual Christmas Dinner and over the last couple of years together with other leading universities has developed a successful Debate Series. The Association also hosts other informal networking activities and reinforces the presence of our University in academic and business activities.
