Zurich - Ethiopian Cooking

The Oxford and Cambridge Club of Zurich welcomes alumni and guests, for an evening of cooking traditional Ethiopian food.
Firehiwot Kedir who will be our chef for the evening, and originates from Addis Ababa. Firehiwot Kedir has put together a traditional menu for us all to try, it has some dishes that are pretty hot, that are with meat and that can be eaten with your fingers. Have I put all those off who can't cook, can't stand chilly or meat, need a fork, and insist on being served. Just as well: we can only take 12 max.
