Alumni and guests are invited to join the Oxford and Cambridge Club of Zurich for an evening of bootcamp with our friend Matt of Healwell. 

Matt and Jorge, both superbly qualified personal trainers, will take us through a tough, but fun, hour of whole-body exercise outdoors. We will start with an introduction to Healwell and each other (specifically also any injuries, health concerns etc), followed by a 60minute training session. Thereafter you are welcome to join us for some healthy, home-made treats and drinks.

What to bring/wear:

• Small towel
• Water bottle
• Exercise clothes (don’t worry, an old t-shirt and shorts will do) Trainers or sneakers Hoody or something to throw on after the session in case it is a cool evening.

• Q Do I have go be very fit to do this?
• A: No - everyone can participate to their abilities, but if you feel you are very limited in your range of motion or have not walked up a flight of stairs in the past year you may suffer a little

• A: Please remember we are Oxbridge and not Vogue/Lulu Lemon. Matt and Jorge will look great of course

• Q: What if I come late?
• A: You should aim to be there at 6pm, however, a little later due to life or work is ok. We will start at 6:30pm sharp however and it will be necessary for you to have introduced yourself to the trainers by this point

• Q: Can I get changed at Healwell?
• A: There is a bathroom and a limited number of other changing corners, please come changed already if at all possible. Your possessions will be locked in the office while we are out

• A: Staffelstrasse 13 is not trivial to find, so please look it up before. Closest public transport stops are Sihlcity Nord (trams 5,8,13 and 17) and Zurich Giesshübel.
