Alumni and guests are invited to join the Cambridge Society of New South Wales for their AGM and Thinking at Twilight.

Guest speaker, Chris Golis will be talking on Practical Emotional Intelligence - The Key to Career Sucess. 

Chris Golis is a graduate of Cambridge (Sidney Sussex 1964) and the London Business School (1971-73).  After successful careers in IT and venture capital where he was the director of some 30 private and public companies, Chris is now pursuing a third career as professional speaker and workshop leader on Practical Emotional Intelligence using the 7MTF technology.  He was the President of the Cambridge Society of NSW for seven years 2008-15.

Chris Golis will explain in this talk how by using Practical Emotional Intelligence:

  • Why he turned down a job offer from McKinseys in 1973 after being flown twice to New York for interviews?
