Join the Cambridge Society of Sussex for their popular flagship event on Thursday 5 December 2019.

A drinks reception is from 6.45pm, with a very short AGM of 5 minutes at 7.05pm, followed by a Black Tie Dinner at 7.15pm.

The Menu will be:

Smoked Salmon, with Horseradish Mousse and Seasonal Garnish
Oven Roasted Pork Loin wrapped in Parma Ham, served on a bed of Creamed Savoy Cabbage with Roasted Field Mushrooms and pan-fried Spring Onion Potato Cake. (Vegetarian alternative to be ordered in advance – Wild Mushroom Wellington)
Chocolate Tart with Salted Caramel and Vanilla Ice Cream
