Alumni and guests invited to join the Cambridge Alumni Munich for their upcoming Christmas dinner.
Apéritif
CRÉMANT DE LOIRE BRUT
Menu:
CHEESE PUMPKIN SOUP, with roast pumpkin seeds, pumpkin oil
BOEUF BOURGUIGNON, Serviettenknödel°, creamy savoy, braised onions
or
POTATO RISOTTO, Belper Knolle°°, herb salad
POPPY SEED-MARZIPAN PARFAIT, plums preserved in rum
°Serviettenknödel: Austrian-Bohemian bread dumpling, boiled in a cotton cloth and then sliced
°°Belper Knolle: Swiss cheese with truffle aromas (very rare even in Munich)
Booking information
As always, significant others are more than welcome. Menu prices include the pre-dinner drink/apéritif, but not any other beverages. Please pay for your drinks individually on the night.
