Members of the Cambridge Society of Luxembourg are invited to attend this years Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 5th June at the Brasserie Kirchberg.

As in previous years, we will combine the AGM with an informal social dinner at the Brasserie.

Please see the attachments here you will find the formal Convening Notice, and the Power of Attorney form which I would ask you to use if you are unable to attend the meeting. Please note that only members who have paid their membership subscriptions for 2018 are entitled to vote at the AGM (although members who have not paid may attend the meeting).
