Join Lucy Whitehall, Positive Psychologist and Masters Level Coach, for their webinar on:

  • Understanding the worldwide context - the current COVID-19 world and how humans respond to change
  • Exploring worry, anxiety and emotional well being through a crisis lens
  • Techniques for self-management - how might we worry more wisely?

At the end of the session you will be left with a toolkit for managing anxiety and reassurance as you move forward.

Duration: 1 hour (45 mins plus open Q&A at the end)

Delivery via Zoom: Clients can use the chat function throughout and there is Q&A at the end.
