Professor David Mosey PhD is Director of the Centre of Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at King’s College London, a position which he took up in May 2013 after 21 years leading the Projects and Construction team at solicitors Trowers and Hamlins LLP where he remains a consultant. He is an experienced adviser on UK and international construction and engineering projects.

Currently, he is leading research at KCL into the impact of new models of project procurement and supply chain collaboration on improving value of public sector construction projects, as well as on the legal issues arising from BIM.
