What busy twelve months these have been! How about starting gently into the new year at our seventh New Year's Reception at the Club?

As the world continues to turn | and Brexit continues to take its course | hear what our guest speaker has to say and then join us for a glass of port at the bar afterwards to muse on the important things in life.

Dr Bosbach will be offering us a different view on the recent separatist tendencies of Great Britain. The talk will be making an attempt at explaining the Brexit proceedings, which are short by comparison with the more than two thousand-year-long history of relationships between Great Britain and Europe. As always, we will be providing not just food for thought, but thought for food:
