Alumni and guests are invited to join Come and Sing Gilbert and Sullivan's The Gondoliers, with the Chester Bach Singers at St Mary’s Creative Space, Chester.
An opportunity to swell the chorus as Gondoliers or Contadine. Italian opera joins with farce in this story of one of two babies stolen in infancy who may (or may not, it turns out) be a King – but which of the brothers is it?
Programme
Arrive by 12.25pm: Collect hire copies and be seated
1pm - 3pm: Chorus rehearsal for The Gondoliers
3pm - 3.30pm: Tea/coffee and homemade cake
3.30pm - 5.30pm: Performance of The Gondoliers
6pm: Dinner at Las Iguanas, Pepper Street, Chester - pre-order required
