Cambridge Alumni Madrid warmly invites new students starting a course at Cambridge this autumn for informal drinks in Madrid before the start of term. This is a great opportunity to prepare for university and make new friends before you arrive.

You can expect to meet alumni, recent graduates and current students, from whom you can get tips and advice for living and studying at Cambridge. The British Ambassador in Spain and Cambridge alumnus, Hugh Elliott, will also be in attendance.  

Refreshments: can be purchased from the venue 

Guests: you are welcome to bring a guest (such as a parent, guardian, or friend). There is a charge of €20 per guest, which covers their drinks and nibbles

Dress code: wear whatever you feel comfortable in
