The Cambridge Society of Kent warmly invites new students starting a course at Cambridge this autumn for informal drinks in Canterbury before the start of term. This is a great opportunity to prepare for university and make some friends before you arrive.

You can expect to meet alumni and current students, from whom you can get tips and advice for living and studying at Cambridge.

Refreshments: non-alcoholic drinks and light bites will be provided, free of charge. A free glass of sparkling wine or a non-alcoholic alternative will be served to drink a toast to the University

Guests: it will not be possible to bring a guest

Dress code: wear whatever you feel comfortable in

Further details: new students attending this event will be presented with a £25 book token at the event as a welcome gift from the Society. There are no obligations or conditions associated with receiving this gift
