Alumni and guests are invited to join the Cambridge–Oxford Alumni Club of Hungary for a calming evening yoga session with AdniJóga. We believe this is a perfect opportunity to relax with Members of the COACH community before the end-of-year frenzy sets in and we hope to see many of you at the event.

Founded by our Member Anna Kalmár (St Catharine's College, Cambridge, m2013), AdniJóga is a social enterprise with a mission to provide sustainable access to the benefits of yoga to everyone who would otherwise not be able to experience it. Using the profits of their pop-up yoga classes and office events, they provide yoga sessions to vulnerable people who have experienced trauma. They have also recently been featured on Forbes and those interested in learning more about them should check out their website.

Don’t worry if you haven’t practiced yoga before, the session will use a structure which provides an opportunity to practice for those with advanced yoga skills, as well as those trying it for the first time. The yoga practice will last for approximately 60 minutes and if you would like to, you are most welcome to join a discussion afterwards when Anna will tell more about the principles, business model and social impact of AdniJóga.
