Ms Hanadi Jabado (Sidney Sussex, 1965)
Deputy Chair
- Born in Lebanon and grew up in France where she graduated in law from Université Paris II (Assas) and in international affairs from ILERI (Ecole des Relations Internationales).
- Among the fifth intake of MBA students at Cambridge Judge Business School.
- Has founded businesses in several industries, including education, online retailand property.
- Co-founder of ecamb, a business accelerator with activities in Russia, Malaysia and the Middle-East.
- Carries out consultancy work ranging from board reviews for Armstrong Bonham Carter (city-based consultancy). Innovation and Leadership assignments and future and small-cities projects.
- Founder and Director of Accelerate Cambridge, part of Cambridge Judge Business School, a business accelerator aiming at helping commercialisation of innovation out of Cambridge University.
- Is an entrepreneur in residence at the Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning at Cambridge University. She also delivers master classes at international conferences and is a mentor to entrepreneurs, students and executives.
- Elected member of the Alumni Advisory Board at the Cambridge Judge Business School.
- Lives in London with her four children.

Mrs Emma Fletcher (Fitzwilliam, 1996, Land Economy)
- Since September 2012 - Property Director for Marshall of Cambridge (Airport Properties) Ltd responsible for delivering Cambridge East - 615 acres of residential and commercial expansion together with a functioning airport for Cambridge.
- May 2007 to August 2012 - Land and Strategic Projects Manager, for Hill Residential, focusing on inner-city redevelopment, joint ventures and affordable housing developments across East Anglia, London and the South East.
- Member of the Cambridge University's Alumni Advisory Board.
- Trained as an Assistant Land Agent at Bidwells, managing farms and estates across Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Essex. Following Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) qualification, spent six years in the Residential Development Team working on major development schemes in the Cambridge Sub-Region.
- President, Cambridge University Land Society (CULS) 2008-2009 - one of the most active Alumni Societies in the University.

Mr Siza Mtimbiri (St Edmunds 2008)
- Currently studying for a PhD in Education, examining the psycho-emotional impact of HIV/AIDS on rural primary school students in Zimbabwe.
- His intention is to return to his home country of Zimbabwe to work with others to improve the education of the marginalized population groups in the rural areas

- Previously worked for Rio Tinto (natural resource company) in its European and the U.S. offices in business planning, marketing and technology roles.
- Served on Advisory Board for Interface Sciences, a nanotechnology company.
- Served as Director, CalTech Entrepreneurship Fellowship Program, advising them on how to generate business plans for their research discoveries.
