We provide co-ordination of major events, practical support, community contacts and advice to nurture charitable, educational and voluntary partnerships between the University and its communities.

The programmes we co-ordinate include the Cambridge Science Festival, the Festival of IdeasOpen CambridgeBridge the Gap charity walk and the Cambridge Community Knowledge Exchange. We provide public engagement advice, training and networks for University staff and students.

Our team works closely with many voluntary organisations and statutory bodies, and we provide a central information point for members of the public. You can support the Cambridge Science Festival, Festival of Ideas and Open Cambridge or make a gift to support all of our public engagement activities.
